If we don't go back, the epidemic will end.
When I first heard that a virus could spread among people, my attitude was to laugh it off. In my life experience, too many rumors have come and gone like the wind without causing any ripples.
Like every New Year's Eve, I excitedly prepared for the New Year goods, looking forward to the family reunion dinner, welcoming my new beginning. I even went to see a performance, but everything changed on the morning of the third day of the New Year. When I went out for lunch, I found that the hotel was unexpectedly closed. This abnormal situation made me feel like something was wrong.
Leaving five days later, wearing N95 masks the whole time, I could hardly breathe.
People cannot predict the future, and this parting is for three years.
The young me, once unable to bear even a day of separation, how did I get through 365 times 3 days? Perhaps this is a kind of growth.
Fortunately, with the help of technology, we just changed the way we live, adapting to what is and what is not suitable.
With a quarantine plan in place, I started my journey back. I don't know what I will face. I just want to witness the mark of my era.
On the first day out, I stepped on solid ground, learned how to scan codes, how to call a car, where to line up, and how to make appointments.
Then the world is beautiful, and people are beautiful too!
Some people and things will be engraved in memory, washed by time, still as new.
All people and things will become the past, leaving no trace.
But my memories will stay here, only you will know.
